Form Reminder

A capstone web app for an external client. I built the initial full-stack version of the app's core workflows, especially form requests, groups, reminders, validations, and provider integrations.

Attention: The public demo currently supports JotForm. Google Forms and Microsoft Forms require additional authorization that is not publicly available yet.
